General Terms and Conditions

⦁ Terich Mir View Hotel management reserves the right to modify any or all listed rates at its sole discretion, at any time, and without assigning any reason. Bookings against which advance payment has been received shall, however, be honored and those shall not be affected by any such rate adjustments;

⦁ Extra mattress limits for our different types of rooms/accommodation (charges shall apply as per our prevailing rates). We allow up to:

⦁ 2 extra mattresses per Deluxe Room
⦁ 2 extra mattresses per Single Room
⦁ 2 extra mattresses per Double Room

Terich Mir offers complimentary breakfast (restricted to our fixed complimentary breakfast menu) to our guests depending on the type of accommodation booked, as follows:

⦁ Extra mattress charges DO NOT include complimentary breakfast for the additional guest(s).
⦁ Conference or event package rates can be obtained from Terich Mir View Hotel. Each event package shall be tailored, and rates quoted, based on the specific requirements of the client;
⦁ Rights of admission are reserved.

Booking Cancellation / Amendment Policy

⦁ Tentative bookings may be changed or canceled by a guest at any time before the confirmation deadline listed by Terich Mir View Hotel on the related tentative booking form;
⦁ Confirmed bookings cannot be canceled for any reason or under any circumstances whatsoever;
⦁ Confirmed booking dates may, however, be changed upon the request of a guest, subject to the following conditions:
⦁ a. During Winter, Spring, and Autumn Seasons and Ramzan, the change must be requested through email at least 72 hours in advance of 12 noon on the original check-in date;
⦁ During the peak Summer Season (May to Sept), the change must be requested from Terich Mir View through email at least 7 days in advance of 12 noon on the original check-in date;
⦁ No request for change of bookings will be entertained if the minimum notice periods listed in clauses 3. a and 3. b above are not provided;
⦁ Provided that sufficient advance notice is provided for changing the dates of a confirmed booking, Terich Mir shall accommodate such requests conditional upon the availability of the required rooms on the new dates. In case the required rooms are not available on the new dates requested, the guest will have the option of either:
⦁ Moving the booking to the next available dates;
⦁ Availing the original booking as previously confirmed.
⦁ Guests who cancel or request to change their confirmed bookings in contravention of the guidelines above shall forfeit the entire amount of advance payment made to Terich Mir View Hotel against the bookings in question and they shall not be entitled to any refunds whatsoever in such cases;
⦁ These policies regarding booking cancellations or changes may be amended by Terich Mir View Hotels (Private) Limited at any time and its sole discretion.
